Shipping Coverage

We currently offer FREE shipping across Pakistan on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Most orders are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the provided address or contact information is incorrect, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you for further instructions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Attirum is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
